Each price is per physical restaurant location. If you operate multiple restaurants, each location requires its own subscription.

No, all prices are displayed excluding VAT. The applicable VAT rate will be added based on your country of residence.

Absolutely. You can switch between plans at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
