How Springlink Was Born

A story of coffee, innovation, and caring for small businesses

How It Started

My wife and I have always loved going to cafes, whether we're exploring new spots or returning to our trusted favorites.

Certain cafes became part of our routine for many years. But in all that time, we never received a special offer, promotion, or even a simple "thank you for coming back."

Eventually, we learned that some actually had a loyalty program, it just had never been mentioned to us. We signed up out of curiosity, but nothing has changed except for a tiny discount. No communication. No offers.

The Realization

We met dozens of cafe owners and experienced the same over and over again:

  • Loyalty programs were set up once and forgotten.
  • Customer data was not collected or used.
  • When promotions were set, they were not effective at boosting sales or customer retention.

That's when it clicked. Most cafes already use some kind of loyalty software, but it requires a lot of effort to set up and maintain. Cafe owners simply can't afford to spend hours on brainstorming marketing strategies. What they really need is something that takes care of the heavy lifting of coming up with ideas and executes them after approval. This becomes possible thanks to AI. Just like having a marketing team in your pocket!

Our Vision

"Small cafes should have the same loyalty and marketing power as big chains like Starbucks."

Our Mission

We understand that small businesses need high-quality software that's easy to use and brings maximum results. With 5+ years of experience in software engineering building tools for small businesses at Pipedrive, and Anzhelika's background in marketing and customer care through her family's organic farm, we're best equipped to deliver on this promise: help small businesses upsell occasional customers and transform one-time visitors into loyal fans.
